"Folks, the market has spoken, and the market is tokin'," Stephen Colbert conceded on last night's Report, after learning that recreational marijuana sales in Colorado are projected to reach $600 million per year. Now that weed is a legal business in that state, opportunistic "ganjapreneurs" (because you can just stick a "preneur" on anything, right?) are getting rich off spliffs—in addition to weed-infused candy bars, baked goods, and whatever else you can soak with pot. There's also a budding (sorry) marijuana tourism industry, which basically just seems to comprise of tour busses you can smoke inside. The business holds so much potential that even Colbert, a staunch anti-pot prude, is now getting behind it.
